no thanks.

i don’t get jerks and why women stay with them. a guy can be a complete asshole and still, they will get forgiven. they don’t deserve some of the women they get and it’s frustrating that they wear and tear such beautiful things and turn them into bitter, used things.

when i say jerks, i mean complete assholes who are ignorant of basic needs in relationships and who choose to put their women down to validate themselves. men like that make me sick; guys with egos so huge, who believe their concept of life is the correct one. men who are completely oblivious to the fact that they are in a relationship with two people, not just one. guys who speak to their girlfriends as though they are strangers. 

and the worst part: i can’t respect women who take it. 

i do believe that women can be jerks, but the difference is that guys are able to point this out real quick and nip it in the bud. however, women are so much more emotional and all about feelings and love, caring, making excuses, trying to “understand”. fuck that.

i thought about what i would do if i was in this situation: if it was a one time deal- i definitely would forgive the dude, but if it was a continuous pattern, i can’t deal with that. no thanks.

and maybe that’s what we need to do more; say - no thanks.
